To operate and improve NextHub, we may collect the following data when you interact with the bot:

• Discord User ID — used solely to identify and associate your session, preferences, or key with your account.
• Discord Guild (Server) ID — used to store and apply per-server configurations.
• Discord Username & discriminator — displayed in logs or command responses within your server.
• Command interactions — processed in real time to execute bot functions; not stored permanently.

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Deliver and operate the core features and commands of NextHub.
• Store server configurations (e.g. prefix, settings, whitelists).
• Run the key generation and verification system tied to your Discord identity.
• Maintain moderation logs and audit trails at a server administrator's request.
• Diagnose bugs, improve performance, and enhance the overall quality of the Service.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on secured servers accessible only to the NextHub development team. We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited cases:

• When required by applicable law or valid legal process.
• To protect the safety, rights, or property of NextHub, its users, or the public.
• With infrastructure and hosting providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Server configuration data is retained for as long as NextHub remains active in that server. Upon removal of the bot from a server, associated server data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us through our official Discord server.

6. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect data against unauthorized access, including access controls, secure storage, and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data from our systems.
• Object to certain uses of your data where applicable under local law.

8. Children's Privacy

NextHub is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the official NextHub Discord server. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
