1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NextHub Discord bot or any associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. NextHub is operated independently and is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

2. Description of Service

NextHub is a multi-functional Discord bot providing a range of features including but not limited to: community management utilities, a key generation and verification system, server moderation tools, and productivity commands. Feature availability may vary over time.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
• You must hold a valid, active Discord account.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• You must agree to and abide by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using NextHub, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the bot.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the bot.
• Use the bot to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited content.
• Impersonate NextHub staff or misrepresent your affiliation with the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for NextHub, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruption.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke access to NextHub for any user or server that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide compensation or explanation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextHub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, server disruption, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
